5:00am, 5:35am, 6:10am, 8:00am, 8:35am and 9:10 am, 5:00pm, 5:35pm, 6:10pm (No evening sessions on Friday)

Saturday - 8:30am and 9:00am  
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.
What's the difference between this program, bootcamp and traditional private personal training?
Boot camps are designed for teaching exercise in a large group setting so the investment is small but the attention is also small. Private Personal training is designed for weight loss in a one on one setting so the investment is large.  

Our program is 100% designed to maximize fat loss, increase energy and increase performance in a family like small group atmosphere for a relatively small investment.
